Our Agents

Jodi Norton has been in the insurance industry since 2003, working with families and businesses to protect their most important assets. For 15 years she worked for one of the largest insurance and financial services companies in the United States and is a respected industry expert. In 2017, Jodi came to Flat Branch Home Loans where she learned the lending process. Her knowledge of both the mortgage and insurance industries provide valuable insight and expertise.

Lori Wasson is a native to the St. Louis area and was born and raised in O’Fallon, MO. She has over 12 years of experience in the insurance business, the majority of those years spent with another national carrier as an agent, insurance business manager and sales operations manager. Lori loves talking and working with new people on a daily basis, learning about the journey they took to get to where they are.

Ryan McElroy is a Columbia native through and through. After graduating from Mizzou, he started working in the Boone County area, starting in the insurance industry in 2009. Ryan enjoys educating customers about insurance coverages and how those coverages provide protection when it’s needed most.

Trey Clay was born and raised in Southeast Missouri where he entered the insurance industry while still attending college at Southeast Missouri State University. He moved into his career as an agent after completing his undergraduate and has been assisting clients with their insurance needs for a decade now. Trey seeks to provide every client with an outstanding customer experience by delivering an abundance of product knowledge and top tier customer service.

Lindsey Dudenhoeffer is from central Missouri with a background wearing many different hats before finding a fulfilling career in the insurance agency in 2018. Her favorite part of working in the industry is navigating the ever changing world of insurance and educating her clients about their policies. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs, doing anything outdoors.
